Langdale Leisure Ltd. is hiring a Brimstone Guest Experience Host at Langdale Hotel and Spa in Ambleside. This on-site, full-time role (39 hours weekly) focuses on delivering luxury, personalised guest experiences and serving as the first point of contact for guests.

You will check-in guests, offer tailored recommendations, and create bespoke itineraries while coordinating with housekeeping and kitchen teams to uphold exceptional standards throughout the guest journey.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding personalised guest service throughout the guest journey.
• Be primary contact for guest enquiries, requests and issue resolution.
• Own assigned operational responsibilities and support hotel operations.
• Assist with check-ins and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining.
• Create bespoke itineraries and assist with special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in collaboration with Housekeeping.
• Support breakfast service with Kitchen team and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Restock and maintain the bar area to high standards.
• Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations and deliver luxury service.
