• Act as primary contact for guest enquiries and issue resolution.

• Create bespoke itineraries and assist with special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation with Housekeeping support.
• Assist with breakfast service with Kitchen team.
• Restock and maintain the complimentary bar area to high standards.
