Langdale Leisure Limited in Ambleside seeks a Hotel General Manager to lead the Langdale Hotel and Brimstone Hotel, Brimstone Spa, and related facilities. You will drive guest experience, staff development, and commercial performance from an on-site base.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field with several years of GM experience, and will oversee recruitment, training, and profitability while upholding Langdale values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or hotel management is highly preferred.
• Several years of experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Influence hotel performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR) to deliver profitable revenue streams.
• Lead and develop hotel management teams to align with company values and guest standards.
• Forecasting, budgeting and reporting with finance and commercial teams; ensure delivery of hotel business plan.
• Manage internal controls, health and safety, and brand standards across hotel operations.
