Job summary

Eastlands Venue Services Limited is seeking an experienced F&B Premium Manager to lead hospitality operations across Co-op Live's premium spaces during live events. You will drive guest satisfaction through outstanding service, leadership of high-performing teams and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Senior Premium & Events Manager, you will collaborate with culinary, logistics and event operations, manage labour and stock, and deliver seamless, commercially

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing premium hospitality or high-volume F&B operations.
• Experience leading operational teams within fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Demonstrable experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with labour, cost and performance management.
• Excellent organisational skills for multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationships at all levels.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, EPOS and workforce management systems.
• Good understanding of food safety, allergens, COSHH and licensing.
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification (or equivalent).
• Personal Licence holder, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of premium food and beverage operations across live entertainment events at Co-op Live.
• Inspire, coach and develop high-performing hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure premium areas are prepared and operationally ready for every event.
• Drive commercial performance through labour management, stock control and efficiency.
• Champion outstanding guest service and continuously improve the premium experience.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Logistics and Event Operations teams for seamless events.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of your team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, licensing and company standards.
• Use operational data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support delivery of special events and the continued success of Premium Hospitality.
