Job summary

Levy UK & Ireland is seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead premium restaurant operations at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London. You will oversee match day and event operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and service standards.

Working with culinary and hospitality teams, you’ll manage staffing, menus, timings and P&Ls, while developing SOPs and prioritising allergies. You’ll also drive quality and commercial performance across Premium Restaurants and Conferences & Events.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium restaurants or luxury hotel F&B operations.
• Experience with Conferences & Events (C&E).
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Passion for food, hospitality and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of premium restaurant operations across match and event days.
• Manage designated premium areas, briefing teams and maintaining service standards.
• Collaborate with culinary and hospitality teams to deliver food, service and guest experiences.
• Monitor live service, resolve issues and manage staffing, guest flow and timings.
• Complete operational systems including RTS, POS, Ubeya and P&L management.
• Lead the operational delivery of Conferences & Events, including meetings, launches, banquets and celebrations.
• Coordinate labour, menus, service styles, timings and P&Ls to deliver successful events.
• Build strong client relationships and drive innovation across the events offering.
