Job summary

Soho House in the United Kingdom seeks a waiter to deliver refined, attentive service to members and guests. You will greet guests, take orders, offer recommendations, and ensure a seamless dining experience while upholding the Club’s standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, managing dietary needs, and delivering consistent, discreet service to all guests, including VIPs and PWKs, with flexible shifts and team-oriented collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-service focused.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members and introduce menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders with dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide menu recommendations and pairings.
• Maintain top-notch table service and proactive refills.
• Keep tables clean and reset promptly.
• Handle member requests with flexibility.
• Process payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism with VIPs.
• Attend briefings and assist colleagues as needed.
