Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Runner to support the smooth flow of service between kitchen and front-of-house teams. You will deliver food and drinks promptly, maintain cleanliness across service areas, and assist waiting staff to ensure members have a superior experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Bring food/drink quickly from kitchen/bar to members' locations.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Provide service to an assigned section and build relationships with members.
• Polish cutlery and prepare table additives in advance.
• Handle opening and closing procedures and maintain equipment safely.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn menu changes.
