Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a proactive Community Manager for Merchant Square in London. You will lead events, placemaking, and marketing strategies to engage 10,000 residents, occupiers, and visitors, creating a premium, well-connected estate experience.

Reporting to Bewonder*, you will build strong relationships with office, retail, and residential stakeholders, manage budgets, coordinate external agencies, and drive CSR initiatives aligned with sustainability and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and events at assistant or executive level.
• Proven experience delivering events and placemaking strategies for high footfall destinations.
• Experience in content creation and management with WORDPRESS or similar CMS.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram and Facebook for business.
• Proficiency with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community and Events Management across the Merchant Square estate.
• Be the lead contact for events, communications, and marketing activities.
• Plan and deliver a yearly programme of events to enhance the estate brand.
• Establish regular meetings with occupiers and residents to support communications.
• Create and deliver a vibrant placemaking strategy linking customers with Merchant Square.
• Coordinate external partners and manage events on-site.
• Develop CSR initiatives and annual sustainability projects.
• Oversee marketing channels (website, social, newsletters) and content across platforms.
