Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a skilled Bartender to support the Bar Manager and assist in delivering a premium beverage service to members and guests.

You will prepare classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and flair, while ensuring the bar remains fully stocked, clean, and welcoming. In this role you will engage with guests warmly, remember preferences, and maintain high standards across all service areas.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong cocktail knowledge, including classics, techniques, and spirits.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident, calm presence during busy services.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
• Experience working with POS systems, stock control, and basic reporting.
• Team player with a flexible, professional attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Personal License or willingness to obtain one (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner, remembering preferences and delivering a personalised experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and replenishment of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to development of new cocktail menus and seasonal offerings.
• Process orders using the POS system and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with floor, kitchen, and events teams to ensure smooth service.
• Handle member queries and feedback, escalating as needed.
