Lindt UK is seeking a part-time Retail Store Supervisor for 16 hours per week in Tewkesbury. You will support the store management team, motivate and develop a team of chocolate advisors, and help achieve the store's retail plan with a strong focus on customer experience.

You will contribute to operational excellence and the store’s financial performance, act as a Lindt brand ambassador, and promote teamwork to deliver exceptional Lindt Service and store results.
