Job summary

Lindt UK is seeking a customer-focused retail ambassador to join our White City Store team. You will support the store management to achieve the retail plan, drive sales, maintain brand standards and ensure a safe, compliant environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude as you deliver Lindt Service, visual merchandising and proactive customer engagement across key trading periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a retail organisation is preferable.
• Proven track record of delivering performance at a high level within a team.
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills.
• A highly motivated self-starter, with a drive for results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships internally and externally.
• An infectious can do attitude – ready to try new things and enthuse everyone you meet.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team towards the accomplishment of the retail plan.
• Contribute to operational excellence and financial performance while adhering to company policies.
• Be a Lindt brand ambassador delivering the Lindt Service proposition and exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the store management team to identify opportunities during key trading periods.
• Drive sales and profitability targets using provided business tools and personal judgement.
• Ensure flawless execution of processes, audits, and inventory, cash reconciliation and deliveries.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and escalate issues when needed.
• Deliver brand visibility and customer-centric service, including visual merchandising and market awareness.
