Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering great service.
• Strong consultative selling, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, target-driven approach with a passion for customer experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase journey.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Lexus vehicles.
• Promote finance, insurance and value-added products.
• Achieve personal sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records using dealership systems.
• Present vehicles to the highest standard for handover.
• Represent the Lexus brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
