Job summary

JCT600 is seeking a Sales Customer Advisor in Sheffield to drive results for the Mercedes Benz franchise. You will engage showroom customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and present finance products in line with FCA regulations while aiming to exceed sales targets.

You’ll build rapport, close deals, and deliver a premium buying experience with the support of a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing brand training. A full UK driving licence is required.

• Able to represent premium automotive brands with pride.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs.
• Presenting vehicles confidently and conduct engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
• Delivering persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Following up leads, manage your pipeline effectively, and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Ensuring each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.
