Longridge House in Longridge is seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our acclaimed kitchen team. You will craft a variety of breakfast dishes, maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation, and help ensure a smooth service to start each guest's day.

You’ll work early shifts in a supportive, friendly environment with opportunities for growth in a prestigious dining destination known for culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven breakfast chef or commis chef experience in busy hotel/restaurant.
• Strong breakfast menu knowledge and cooking techniques.
• Reliability and punctuality for early morning shifts.
• Positive attitude; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent hygiene and food safety knowledge.
• Passion for delicious, well-presented breakfast dishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast dishes.
• Ensure food quality, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Manage your section, stock levels and waste.
• Work closely with Head Chef and front-of-house for seamless service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
