Job summary

RE Recruitment in the Stroud area is seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join an independent Pub with rooms currently operating at one Rosette. You will work with a small, dedicated kitchen team under the Head Chef, delivering breakfast and transitioning to lunchtime service using fresh, local ingredients while contributing to menu development.

The ideal candidate will have drive, a real passion for cooking, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to cook high-quality breakfast and support lunch service.
• Willingness to contribute ideas for the menu.
• Experience in a similar property or readiness to step up from Senior Commis/Demi Chef de Partie.

Responsibilities

• Produce freshly cooked breakfast for guests and support lunchtime service.
• Ensure smooth service, prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes with attention to detail.
• Work with Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain consistency and quality.
