Job summary

Halliwell Jones (North Wales) Ltd in Llandudno is seeking a motivated BMW & MINI Used Car Sales Executive to drive retail sales and deliver premium customer experiences from first contact through handover. You will build relationships, achieve agreed targets, and work within a growing North Wales showroom undergoing RetailNEXT investments to create a modern, digitally enabled, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
• Proven excellent customer service skills with a commitment to premium service.
• Strong presentation, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work weekends and bank holidays

Responsibilities

• To achieve agreed sales targets for used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.
• To request from all prospective customers and visitors to the centre who might show an interest in purchasing a vehicle, their contact details, i.e. name, address, email and two contact telephone numbers, and to follow up within a maximum 24-hour period.
• To proactively work as a team to achieve department goals in a timely manner
• To adhere to all financial compliance and FCA Regulations.
