Job summary

You will be the face of a premium brand, creating memorable showroom experiences and building lasting relationships with customers.

You will work with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from enquiry to handover, while supporting events and launches that promote Mercedes-Benz

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in automotive or premium retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Mercedes-Benz brand and technology.
• Ability to present products clearly and engagingly.
• Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through showroom journey.
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations of Mercedes-Benz features.
• Keep up to date with Mercedes-Benz technology and models.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to handover.
