Job summary

BCT Resourcing seeks a Sales Administrator for a prestigious luxury automotive retailer in Orpington. You will support the finance and administration team, ensuring the vehicle sales process flows from purchase through handover and invoicing.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail, knowledge of dealership processes, and experience with Kerridge or CDK is desirable. Monday–Friday with one weekend day, on-site parking, and a company pension in a premium automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a car dealership sales administration role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of dealership processes and vehicle documentation.
• Experience with Kerridge or CDK is desirable.
• Proficient Excel skills for reporting and data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration process from vehicle purchase through to sale.
• Check vehicles for outstanding finance, mileage discrepancies and issues.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Process vehicle invoices and sales documentation.
• Conduct regular audit and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives for smooth handovers.
• Maintain vehicle records and update internal systems.
• Prioritise own workload and support the wider finance team.
