Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Premises Manager (Lead Caretaker) to join a schools project in Bristol. You will lead a team of Premises Assistants offering security, porterage, cleaning and site supervision to deliver services within budget and meet KPI targets.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS clearance, and you will work a shift-based rota starting at 6:00am and finishing by 7:00pm with on-call responsibilities. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Premises Assistants, managing services such as security, porterage, cleaning and general site supervision.
• Monitor planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance, and maintain sites and equipment to a high standard.
• Deliver services within budget and achieve high customer satisfaction for colleagues, end users and stakeholders.
• Work on a shift-based rota with hours from 6:00am to 7:00pm and participate in an on-call rota.
