Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a Premises Assistant (Level 2) for 37 hours per week across two sites in Weston-super-Mare. The role is permanent and involves supporting the Estates and Facilities Team to keep the campus safe and well‑maintained.

You will carry out repairs, help with security and alarms, and assist with cleaning and plant maintenance while adhering to safeguarding requirements and health & safety standards. Training and development opportunities are available within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have or be willing to undertake building maintenance training.
• Experience in school or similar environments preferred.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks across sites.
• Maintain security and operate alarms.
• Carry out cleaning, lighting, heating, and plant upkeep.
• Provide porterage and general handy-person duties as required.
