Winterstoke Hundred Academy is seeking a Premises Assistant (Level 2) to support in site management across two academy sites. The role is full-time (37 hours per week) on a permanent contract, with a salary of £26,798 to £29,208 per year.

You will assist in repairs, security, lighting, heating and cleaning, and carry out porterage and handyperson duties while working closely with the Premises Manager and a supportive Estates team.

Qualificações

• A basic understanding of health & safety.
• Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance.
• A recognised qualification or training related to building maintenance and grounds work, or relevant practical experience.
• Formal training in chain saw operation and Manual Handling.
• Commitment to continuous improvement through professional development.
• Commitment to safety and well-being of children and young people.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake day-to-day repairs and waste collection.
• Take instruction from Premises Manager and work as part of a team.
• Maintain security, alarms, lighting, heating and cleaning of premises.
• Carry out porterage and defined handyperson duties.
• Provide support across both academy sites (Locking Parklands and Beaufighter Road).
