Our Commitments

Basic Salary: £38,000 to £42,000

OTE: £46,000 to £52,000

What will I be doing?

You’ll Be

• Willing to work in all weather conditions. Our diverse customer base means no two jobs are the same. We always prioritize the customer with professionalism and reassurance before working on the vehicle.
• Excellent at diagnostics and enjoy the challenge of repairs. You communicate well, sharing knowledge clearly with customers.
• A problem solver, able to work on your own initiative, finding solutions and completing jobs without being constrained by corporate regulations.
• The friendly face of Westbourne, delighting customers daily.

You won't be recovering cars as part of your role.

What do I need?

You’ll Need

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent, OR
• A minimum of five years of multi-make experience, OR
• Already employed as a Roadside Technician with at least two years' experience
• Full Category B driving license held for a minimum of five years
• Flexibility to work hours that may include evenings to reach the highest salary potential.
