Job description

We are currently working with a fantastic dealership in the Portsmouth area who are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician. Diagnostic experience and MOT tester accreditation are a further advantage.

Salary: £32k per annum with an OTE of £33-£40k uncapped.

Working pattern: Mon-Fri 8:30-16:30 with 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30-12:30 on rota

Responsibilities include:

1. A high standard of vehicle servicing, repairs, and exceptional quality of workmanship to ensure total customer satisfaction at all times.
2. Repair and service of all vehicles to meet or exceed the Company’s and manufacturer’s requirements in terms of both quality and efficiency.
3. Ensure all necessary paperwork relating to Warranty, repair, and service is accurate, detailed, and meets with the Company’s and manufacturer’s requirements.
4. Identify opportunities to undertake additional work that is in the interest and safety of the customer to meet the Company’s ‘Duty of Care’ responsibilities.
5. Provide outstanding service to customers and the dealership at all times.
