Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Technician

Role: Fire Alarm Service Technician

Location: Durham

Salary: Up to £40,000

This is a fully remote position. Company van provided. A full clean license is essential.

What’s involved?

• Carrying out routine testing & inspections
• Alarm activations, visual inspections & functional checks
• Maintaining accurate & detailed documentation
• Applying strong technical skills, including relevant regulations (BS 5839)
• Responding to emergency call-outs & undertaking repairs
• Providing excellent customer service & maintaining good client relationships
• Reporting faults or potential issues to relevant teams
• Staying updated with industry regulations & new products & technology
• Adhering to health & safety regulations
