Job summary

Russell Taylor Group is recruiting for a Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Engineer in Liverpool. The role focuses on improving reliability, safety and performance of mechanical and process equipment through planned maintenance, fault finding and the development of predictive maintenance strategies.

You will utilise techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography and oil analysis, and work with CMMS systems while collaborating with production and engineering teams to optimise plant

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and condition monitoring techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance.
• Carry out fault finding and repairs on mechanical and process equipment.
• Develop predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies to minimise downtime.
• Utilise vibration analysis, thermography and oil analysis techniques.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, root cause investigations, equipment standardisation and maintenance planning.
• Work with CMMS systems and support process automation.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimise plant performance.
