Job summary

Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer for a permanent role in Malton. You will maintain and improve plant performance in a fast-paced facility, carrying out scheduled maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and implementing effective engineering solutions to minimise downtime.

You will work with production teams to support reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, using a CMMS and contributing to equipment modifications while ensuring compliance with quality and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing maintenance.
• Fault-finding and problem solving in engineering maintenance.
• Proficiency with PLCs and controls would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a pressurised environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and fault-find to implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with production and operations to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Utilise CMMS to manage maintenance activities and record work.
• Contribute to equipment modifications and installations while ensuring safety and quality standards.
