Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join a precision engineering environment in the United Kingdom. You will ensure components meet customer specifications and standards, working closely with production and engineering teams.

Proven experience programming CMMs from CAD models and interpreting GD&T, as well as strong dimensional inspection skills, are essential for this role. You will contribute to continuous improvement and maintain quality records.

Qualifications

• Experience in precision engineering/manufacturing.
• Proven experience programming CMMs from CAD models.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting components to drawings, specification and customer requirements.
• Programming and operating CMMs using CAD models.
• Carrying out dimensional inspection using metrology equipment.
• Interpreting engineering drawings, CAD models and GD&T.
• Identifying and reporting non-conformances and supporting corrective actions.
• Producing accurate inspection reports and maintaining quality documentation.
• Working closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining high quality standards.
