Job summary

CMR Surgical Ltd. is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble and test the Versa robotic system components, from electronics to mechanical sub-assemblies, following strict instructions.

You will perform precision assembly, document results, and contribute to manufacturing records while adhering to cGMP and quality systems. The role offers exposure to high‑tech medical devices and opportunities to develop hands‑on skills in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience carrying out fine manual assembly work with steady hands and concentration.
• Able to perform goods‑in inspection, stock control and manufacture tasks.
• Accurate record‑keeping in line with cGMP.
• Cable assembly using crimp tools, wire cutters, and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test integrated electro‑mechanical assemblies per defined instructions.
• Record test results and build issues accurately.
• Complete manufacturing records and travellers.
• Identify and escalate non‑conformances and deviations.
• Work with SOPs and quality system requirements.
• Basic fault finding and support root‑cause investigations.
