Qualifications

• First experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly preferred
• Experience assembling complex electronic equipment or industrial machinery advantageous
• Familiarity with production documentation and quality inspection processes

Responsibilities

• Hand solder small components and circuit boards
• Solder larger ground areas with controlled heat
• Prepare cables using wire strippers and crimp tools
• Screw PCBs into mechanical assemblies and housings
• Assemble cables, wire harnesses, and power box wiring
• Maintain focus and quality during steady production workflows
• Follow standard work instructions for consistent accuracy
• Identify faults, misalignment, or soldering flaws during assembly
• Handle delicate electronic components safely
