Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is looking for a skilled Deburrer to finish CNC milled and turned components to precise standards. You will work in a machine shop environment, using hand and air tools to meet drawings, while building expertise in aerospace components.

Qualifications

Proven experience deburring CNC milled and turned parts.
Experience in a machine shop or precision engineering environment.
Confident using hand tools and air tools to drawing specifications.
Understanding of different materials and how they finish.
High level of attention to detail and final product quality.

Responsibilities

Deburring external surfaces and edges on CNC milled prismatic and CNC turned components.
Deburring internal cross drillings and internal and external threads.
Using hand tools and air tools to meet customer drawing specifications.
Working across a range of materials to consistently high quality standards.
Carrying out final part marking.
