Job summary

South West Recruitment Ltd. are recruiting an experienced Deburrer for a precision engineering manufacturer in Poole. The role focuses on deburring CNC-milled and CNC-turned components, reading drawings, and ensuring high-quality finishes.

The ideal candidate will have prior deburring experience on precision parts, be proficient with hand tools and air-powered equipment, and maintain strict quality standards. Overtime is paid at time and a half, with a 39-hour week and 25 days leave.

Qualifications

• Previous experience deburring precision-machined components.
• Experience reading engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and high workmanship standard.
• Confident using hand tools and air-powered deburring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deburring CNC-milled and CNC-turned precision components.
• Remove burrs from external surfaces, edges and machined features.
• Finish internal and external threads on components.
• Inspect finished components for surface finish and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organised working area.
