Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a skilled Deburrer to finish CNC milled and turned components to exacting standards. You will deburr edges, threads, and internal features using hand and air tools in a precision engineering environment.

Formación

• Proven experience deburring CNC milled and turned machined parts (essential).
• Experience in a machine shop or precision engineering environment.
• Confident using hand tools and air tools to drawing specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Deburring external surfaces and edges on CNC milled prismatic and CNC turned components.
• Deburring internal cross drillings and internal and external threads.
• Using hand tools and air tools to meet customer drawing specifications.
• Working across a range of materials to consistently high quality standards.
• Carrying out final part marking.

Every edge, thread and cross hole you finish as a Deburrer goes into high-specification components where quality really counts.
You'll take CNC milled and turned parts and bring them to a clean, precise final standard.
This is a skilled hand-finishing role for someone who takes real pride in the detail.
