Job summary

ASC Connections Ltd in Worcester is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate CNC and production machinery on premium, bespoke products. You will load materials, monitor performance and carry out quality checks to ensure parts meet exacting standards.

You will read production drawings, change tooling as required and work with colleagues to keep production on schedule while maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Experience in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and production machinery to manufacture bespoke products.
• Load materials and monitor machine performance.
• Carry out quality checks using measuring equipment.
• Read and follow production drawings and job sheets.
• Change tooling and make basic machine adjustments.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet production schedules.
• Maintain high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
