Job summary

Proactive Global is urgently seeking a skilled CNC Turner / Miller near Maidenhead to join an experienced machining team. You will set up, program and operate CNC machines to produce precision components for aerospace and automotive customers.

You will read engineering drawings, maintain production output and documentation, perform TPM and 5S tasks, and have opportunities to expand CNC turning and milling skills within a world-leading manufacturing organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Milling or Turning.
• Able to set up and operate multiple machine tools.
• Experience in a precision engineering or regulated environment preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Programming, setting and operating CNC machine tools.
• Maintaining production output and documentation.
• Perform TPM and 5S duties within the department.
• Support quick turnaround tasks and cross-training.
