Job summary

Marshall Land Systems in Wales is seeking an Assembly & Installation Fitter to fit and install machined parts, sheet metal components and other assembled parts from engineering drawings and specifications. You will work on rotating shifts 6:00–14:30 and 14:00–22:30 as part of a multidisciplinary production team, ensuring all assembly activities are completed safely, efficiently and to high standards.

assessment centres planned for Oct for start dates from Nov–Dec 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling machined parts and brackets.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Lean and 5S awareness and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install components including machined parts and brackets.
• Work from engineering drawings, technical specifications and design data.
• Ensure tasks are completed within timeframes and to quality standards.
• Follow production processes, procedures and configuration control requirements.
• Maintain workmanship and attention to detail; comply with health and safety policies.
