Job summary

Fusion People Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an Assembly Fitter to join our on-site team. You will assemble mechanical components and structures to precise specifications, using hand and power tools.

The role requires reading and interpreting technical drawings, ensuring assemblies meet quality standards, and collaborating with production colleagues to solve problems. You should be reliable, punctual and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an assembly, fitting or a mechanical role.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is advantageous.
