Job summary

Marshall Land Systems in Merthyr Tydfil seeks an Electrical Fitter to assemble, install and build electrical systems and harnesses for deployable infrastructure containerised products, following engineering drawings and client specifications.

You will join a multidisciplinary production team, prioritising safety, quality, and continuous improvement while delivering on production schedules and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation.
• Relevant electrical safety training.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems, wiring looms, harnesses and components per drawings and work instructions.
• Support integration of electrical systems into mechanical assemblies and vehicle platforms.
• Carry out electrical assembly, wiring, termination and testing to high standards.
• Identify and report build issues, defects or deviations from specification.
• Contribute to Lean activities and 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage.
