Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale telecommunications and connectivity markets.
• Knowledge of fibre connectivity solutions and network infrastructure.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to qualify and develop new partner opportunities.
• Meet with prospective and existing partners to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Design and present tailored solutions that demonstrate APFN's network value.
• Act as the technical lead for bids, tenders and RFP responses.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations of the aquila platform to partners and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, solution designs and network diagrams.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience and Technology to share partner feedback.
• Ensure smooth handovers from sales to implementation and delivery teams.
