Job summary

AllPoints Fibre Networks (APFN) seeks a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to bridge sales, product, technology, and partners. You will design and present tailored solutions, lead technical bids, and demonstrate the value of our network and aquila platform to drive new business.

You will engage with partners and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into commercial value, while delivering high-quality documentation and demos to support successful migrations and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of wholesale telecommunications and connectivity markets.
• Knowledge of fibre connectivity solutions and network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and internet technologies.
• Experience explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside Sales teams to qualify and develop new partner opportunities.
• Meeting with prospective and existing partners to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Designing and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of APFN's network and products.
• Acting as the technical lead for bids, tenders, and RFP responses.
• Delivering engaging product demonstrations of the aquila platform to partners and stakeholders.
• Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Producing high-quality technical documentation, solution designs, and network diagrams.
• Collaborating with Product, Customer Experience, and Technology teams to share partner feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring smooth handovers from sales through to implementation and delivery teams.
