Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Global Solutions division (Traka UK) to provide focused pre-sales technical and solution support, translate customer requirements into achievable solutions, and collaborate with R&D on developments.

You will lead technical discussions from pre-sales through post-sales, assist with demonstrations, prepare solution documentation, and support implementation with complex integrations and training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to translate customer requirements into workable technical solutions.
• Experience with integrating multiple platforms and applications is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL; networking concepts (TCP/IP) understood.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical specifications and design integrated key and asset management solutions.
• Lead pre-sales discussions and post-sales support, remote or onsite.
• Support the sales team with product demonstrations and tender documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D to propose developments and improvements.
• Assist project implementation with complex integrations and training.
