Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop technical specifications and design integrated key and asset management solutions for customers around the world.

You will lead pre-sales discussions, support the sales team with demonstrations, and help deliver complex integrations and deployments that improve security and asset control. The role requires hands-on technical work and travel across customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution design, review and deployment.
• Experience in software installation ideally with the integration of different platforms.
• Networking (TCP/IP) knowledge and experience.
• Strong documentation and recording skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical specifications and design integrated key and asset management solutions.
• Complete appropriate solution documentation as part of the pre-sales process forming the basis of a scope of works for the ongoing project team.
• Lead remote or onsite technical discussions from Pre-sales stage through to Post sales support.
• Support the sales team with customer demonstrations of the Traka product either remotely or in person.
• Support the business with technical specifications for customer tenders
• Be involved in the assisting the provision of a technical certification training program.
• Assist the project implementation team with the implementation of complex solutions including but not limited to Integrations, SSO, unique solutions designed by the team.
• Work closely with the wider technical team on core objectives and team cohesion.
