Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, seeks a Sales Engineer for the Global Solutions division in the UK. You will provide focused pre-sales technical support to the Traka UK sales team, deliver product demonstrations, translate customer needs into implementable solutions, and collaborate with R&D on developments.

Reporting to the Traka UK Technical Manager, you will engage in on-site or remote discussions, assist with tenders, and support the wider Traka UK business with

Qualifications

Experience in solution design, review and deployment.
Experience in software installation, ideally with platform integrations.
General IT skills including Word, Excel, SQL.

Responsibilities

Develop technical specifications and design integrated key and asset management solutions.
Lead remote or onsite technical discussions from Pre-sales stage through to Post sales support.
Support the sales team with customer demonstrations of the Traka product remotely or in person.
Assist with technical certification training programs and tenders.
Collaborate with R&D to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
