Description and Requirements

This role is essential for driving differentiated customer engagement and positioning Lenovo as a leader in digital workplace innovation. The Experience and Innovation Lead will curate immersive experiences, accelerate conversions through co-creation, and enhance internal enablement platforms within Lenovo’s Digital Workplace Solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement customer journeys that showcase Lenovo’s strengths in AI, sustainability, and automation.
  2. Organize Innovation Days, Executive Briefings, and Experiential Labs to deepen customer engagement.
  3. Lead the use of Design Pods, POC Sandboxes, and Digital Sales Rooms to facilitate rapid prototyping and collaborative solutions.
  4. Facilitate workshops to shorten decision timelines and align customer needs with DWS offerings.
  5. Utilize Gen AI tools (e.g., Letter.AI, TCO/ROI calculators, Lifecycle Management platforms) for insight-driven, outcome-focused engagements.
  6. Partner with Offering and Sales teams to embed intelligent experience enablers across customer touchpoints.
  7. Continuously improve the digital journey based on data-driven feedback across personas.
  8. Serve as the DWS Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal tools and platforms including D365, EaaS, and the Offering Catalogue.

Pre-Sales Solution Architect

This role is vital for creating immersive customer experiences and positioning Lenovo as a digital workplace innovator. The Lead will oversee the Digital Workplace Solutions portfolio, fostering co-creation and strengthening internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Lenovo DWS Global Labs program, delivering hands-on experiences.

Ideal Profile

  • 10+ years in Innovation, Pre-Sales, Sales Enablement, or Customer Experience.
  • Proven expertise in creating differentiated customer journeys in B2B tech.
  • Strong technical fluency in:
  • Modern Workplace (M365, UEM, VDI)
  • Cloud & Edge (Azure, AWS, Edge AI)
  • Gen AI, Chatbots, RPA
  • Power BI, ROI/TCO Calculators, Digital Twins
  • Hands-on experience with POC/Prototype environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Excellent communication skills across CxO and technical audiences.
