XMA is seeking a personable Service Solutions Consultant in Reading or Nottingham (Hybrid). You will work with Solution Architects, Sales and Delivery teams to develop managed service solutions, prepare quotations, and support tender responses.

You’ll engage customers, translate requirements into practical solutions and help present offerings to clients, strengthening relationships and contributing to proposal success.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, infrastructure or related technical role.
• Understanding of how IT services are delivered and managed.
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Interest in moving into pre-sales and service solutions.

Responsabilités

• Participate in customer meetings, presenting managed and professional services.
• Lead discovery discussions to understand requirements and priorities.
• Translate needs into practical service solutions aligned with capabilities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, RFIs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Architects, Sales and technical specialists on opportunities.
• Coordinate internal contributions to proposals and ensure timely delivery.
• Support pricing to ensure commercial viability and deliverability.
• Maintain documentation of requirements, scope and commitments.
• Build knowledge of managed services and pre-sales with growth potential.
