Qualifications

• Product management/product owner experience required.
• Experience delivering analytics products in fraud space is essential.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention, statistical modelling and ML/AI is required.
• Ability to analyze complex data related to ML/AI algorithms.
• Strong commitment to high-quality user outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; SDDevelopment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and prioritize value in roadmap; lead delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Define and own product suite strategy using market and customer insights.
• Drive data-driven decisions to guide product development and improve customer satisfaction.
• Support go-to-market activities with sales, marketing and customer support teams.
• Adapt working hours to UK/US time zones due to global scope.
