Job summary

ELP Consult Ltd. is seeking a Product Pre-Sales Engineer in Leeds to promote CCTV and security solutions, define roadmaps, and train technical staff for channel customers.

You will liaise with distributors and the Dahua Marketing Team on promotions such as trade shows and open days, and provide technical guidance across sales and engineering teams. You will work autonomously to balance delivery with value, gather customer feedback for process improvements, and help prepare tenders and technical

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with clear prioritisation.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm, access control, video conferencing, VMS and cloud storage.
• Ability to work autonomously with clear direction for strategic work-streams.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues to gain buy‑in.
• Proven ability to collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Promote products pre-sales, introduce new features to channel customers and assist sales to hit targets.
• Define and manage a product roadmap aligned to strategy and delivery.
• Provide product training to technical engineers for channel customers.
• Collect product reviews from customers and feed improvements to the product manager.
• Assist partners with tenders and promotional activities with distributors and resellers.
• Provide technical support on surveillance equipment and liaise with R&D for troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with headquarters on new product lines and timely issue resolution.
