Job summary

SmartSourcing Ltd. is seeking a Lead Installation Engineer / Senior Security Engineer to manage installation teams and deliver integrated security systems across the UK and overseas. Role involves CCTV, access control and public address systems in a regulated environment.

Candidates should have SC or DV eligibility, strong technical leadership, and experience with government security standards. Travel abroad will be required as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated access control and CCTV to government standards.
• Ability to interpret drawings and data and oversee installation teams.
• Hold ECS card to installation/approved competency level and manage risks on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation team leadership and technical expertise in the UK and overseas.
• Lead preparation work and onsite delivery of security systems.
• Ensure safe systems of work and compliance with health and safety policies.
