The Pre Sales Engineer will support sales activities by qualifying customers, gathering requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a subject matter expert on our product’s portfolio, the Pre-Sales Engineer will attend meetings, interact with D-Fend’s global Pre-Sales teams, contribute to strategy meetings, and share lessons learned from field activities to inform the product development roadmap.

Job responsibilities include:
  1. Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.
  2. Communicating with customers and engineers to assess needs and system requirements.
  3. Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support.
  4. Reporting, summarizing, and planning ongoing activities with sales leadership.
  5. Characterizing solutions to meet customer needs.
  6. Holding technical meetings and demonstrations with customers.
  7. Maintaining strong relationships with potential accounts, responding to queries, and following up on activities.
Required qualifications:
  1. Technical background in RF/Cyber systems within the defense industry or private sector.
  2. Full professional proficiency in English.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  4. Willingness to travel frequently.
  5. Availability to work from our UK London office.
