Job summary

Watches of Switzerland seeks a commercially driven Pre-Owned Commercial Manager to lead the performance and growth of our Pre-Owned Watch business across the WoS Group. You will oversee purchasing and pricing of watches from showroom client intake and our B2B network, while managing the Buying Team to deliver year-on-year sales and margin growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury second-hand market and pre-owned watch sector.
• Proven track record in driving growth, profitability and KPIs.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
• Ownership of P&L and ability to influence commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills to optimise conversion and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and pricing for watches acquired through showroom intake and B2B network.
