Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group plc seeks a commercially driven Pre-Owned Commercial Manager to lead the performance and growth of its Pre-Owned Watch business across the WoS Group. You will oversee purchasing and pricing from showroom intake and B2B networks, while guiding the Buying Team to deliver annual sales and margin growth.

Reporting to the Head of Pre-Owned, you will drive strategic initiatives, optimise conversion and profitability, ensuring key commercial KPIs align with the company

Qualifications

• Proven track record in luxury second-hand markets.
• Experience managing P&L and delivering growth.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and board level.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and pricing for pre-owned watches across WoS Group.
• Oversee Buying Team to drive year-on-year sales and margin growth.
